Therapist, in-person, psychodynamic relational, psychoanalytic, anxiety, depression, identity, LGBTQ, queer, mental health, Seattle

Before becoming a therapist, I was a shy kid who was a relentless observer of both outward social dynamics and my own inner experience. Growing up in Eastern Washington left me with a love of sagebrush and Top 40 radio. My path to becoming a therapist meandered through early childhood education, community health, and living abroad- all of which shape how I understand people and systems. Outside the therapy room, I might be sea kayaking, poking around thrift shops, or making up goofy voices for dogs.
